erroneous price display

Hello, I also have a little seasoning for you. Having the confidence that you will solve your problem, in favor of the customers and for your prestige, I would like to inform you that some sellers take advantage of your policy, erroneously putting a price on a product and then sell more under the same advertisement. For example I looked for a set of knives at a displayed price, but in reality the price was for a single product only from the artifice of appearing their first products and at a low price, however that the reality is that if they were correct that set would appear a hundred and I do not know how much considering the real price. Best chinese cheap stuff. i love china. This site made my adolescent me happy and my wallet unhappy but it was all worth it though. I brought this app through all my style phrases and weird purchases, no judgement tho for my fish pencase, i m having a good time receiving parcels in the mail that i ve forgotten about... it s always a suprise since it arrives either after 2 weeks either after a few months, but no worries since it s cheap

Bad quality of services, products and customer support.

The quality has significantly reached lows, both of products and services. It used to be the best online shopping app however since they changed how they operate (oriented more towards sellers than customers). Since then prices are overinflated, some stuff costs more than shops nearby you whent this was supposed to be a supplier for most of the stuff. Also since the quality of the products have dropped, the customer services have also did so. If you receive a totally broken product you have to undergo a return and the processes that come with it, spending a lot of time that you shouldn't for their/ their sellers' bad practices. I have been a customer for 7 years and today I placed the last order. The only positive stuff that has come after all this years is the lower wait time (from up to 3 months to a few weeks).
