Better than the competition
I had a very good experience with their customer support team. They helped me with subscription, and their response was fast and effective
Aside this, the app has a very pleasing interface and the metadata is very, very good, much better than that of the other classical music streaming service. They managed to sort the music very well.
Excelent classical music stream service
IDAGIO app and services improved significantly over the last two years. I am using IDAGIO app almost on a daily basis. I especially like the ease of finding a specific work of a given composer, the diverse playlists and the high quality stream option.
Excellent classical music streaming service
Pros:
- the music is very well organized (by composer, period, instrument, etc)
- have the choice of lossless streaming
- one can easily compare different interpretation of a same work
Cons:
- I would highly appreciate more information about classical works and composers.
- It would be great to have a history outline and a listening guide for each or, at least, the most important recordings.
