IKEA 4+

Pretty intuitive and user friendly. The products that I like actually remain in the liked products menu. However, once I created separate boards, the pictures get messed up on the main display. Like for example I created a separate boards for the living room, bathroom and bedroom. When I put products in one of the boards, the pictures get all messed up and sometimes products from other boards are showing. But once you actually enter the board, all the needed products are there and they stay in the order you added them.
Also, as someone who just moved to Sweden and doesn’t speak the language yet, I would have loved to have an English menu option.

I used the self-scan option. I scanned every product with my phone before putting it in my shopping cart. I arranged everything in my shopping bags. By the time I got to the checkout, I had everything in order.
There was no need for the cashier to scan anything, or for me to hurry putting everything in the bags as quickly as possible.
I just rolled up with my shopping cart, scanned my app at the checkout, paid and left.

I was about to pay double for transportation because the option of Click&Collect for my city wasn’t there. Only after an hour of searching the web, calling the warehouse in my city, finding out that I had to choose a different Ikea store for the products I wanted, but still didn’t have the delivery option in my city, I finally saw that one of the products was not on stock at that store, eliminated it from my list, only then, the delivery option for my city appeared. I find this extremely annoying and customer deceiving! If I hadn’t searched for an hour, trying to find out why Ikea Click&Collect was functioning in my city but the app and website didn’t have the option for my city at all, I would have chosen the delivery to my adress and payed more than the double amount for the delivery.. So, good products and services but dissapointing web&app functions.
