Issues with the icons

The app no longer shows the icons of the installed devices & also the action trigger buttons no longer show or vibrate.

There is also a problem with the timer settings for some devices. Please look into this, this diminishes the automation usability!!!!

Hi Customer, regarding to the first issue, our related team is working on it; for the second issue,would you please elaborate it , which devices can't add timers ?

Signin fails when trying to add device in Google Home

I get a Signin failed notification when trying to link my Broadlink account to my Google Home application. I followed all of the steps in setting up my Broadlink product and account but it seems that the account is not being recognized. It is as if it has not been created because when I try to change my password it says "account does not exist". I tried setting up my account using both my email address and my phone number. I do receive the activation codes and am able to use them but my account is still not being recognized when I try to add it in my Google Home app. Any suggestions as to what I need to do to fix this? Somebody else mentioned here that his device stopped working with the Google Assistant after the latest update so I'm guessing this is a software problem that needs to be solved with a future release? Right now I am very disappointed as I bought my RM mini 3 so as to be able to control my TV using my voice through the help of Google Assistant.

Cheap app, cheap products... What can I expect from? I hope this type of company will disapear soon...

I bought three RM3 mini. I try to use two of them. The third is still unboxed. I’ve received an e-mail (like a joke) from app developer. Like a joke because I try to follow the link from the e-mail in order to have a private communication with developper but the link open an unsecured page in chinese language. So:
- following the instructions provided in the box is a waist of time: doesn’t work! Try some “how to” on google!
- there is no on-line detailed manual in english, at least. Or I didn’t succed to find it.
- integration in the local network works by closing the app when it appear to stop working and restarting it again. My advice: a pray to app’s God, helps!
- when I finaly get a local IP, I define a room named “test”. Is still there because it is not possible to erase it.
- the page with device properties is partialy in chinese. Thanks for trust, but installing procedure doesn’t make me smart enough to read it.
... and I loose 10 minutes from my life to write things allready writen by other users and still unsolved. Try to test your software in the lab not on the user time (and money!)
Finally, I’m pretty much sure that this is THE ONLY TROUBLE PRODUCT in your portofolio. Or, maybe not...
