It doesn’t work

I can’t log in, as the app says that my email/password is incorrect. I have only one email address that I use everywhere everytime, so I’m sure that I used that one here too. I changed my password by pressing on the “I forgot my password” button, but I still can’t log in. I tried to make an account with the same email address, as I thought that my old account had been deleted. The app says that I can’t use that email address because it has already been used…

Doesn’t load

I try to open my app and it almost never loads. It says “your card information cannot be downloaded now”, no matter if i use data or wi-fi. I can’t see my card or discounts.

Not worth it

The card allows you to get discounts only in one city which is bad if you don’t live in the capital of the country. Won’t waste my money again

Dear Alexandra, you can find ISIC discounts in many cities around Romania, just set the search for the whole country and check them on the map. We are constantly working to expand our card discounts to other cities and regions across the country. Your ISIC team.
