Great App and Service but awful Customer Support
Everything is great with Joom (shipping on time, product quality is good etc.) until you have an issue and have to contact the Customer Support. This is when the horror starts. The Support Agents seem to either not understand english or they just feel the urge to reach their Average Handling Time by sending random templates with steps you already followed from the FAQ and got to the Support, exactly because that Information did not help.
For example:
I had to cycle through 7 Support agents over almost 3 days to find out if the shipping is calculated in calendar or business days. It’s a disgrace.

Grate platform and good enough shipping
The platform is very well built, easy to browse and purchase.
The variety of products is insanely large.
Very clear terms on their policy, which really works in the benefit of the client.
A few problems with the shipping, but the app notifications can really keep you posted on your order’s track, so with it’s easy to make the refund demand if your items did not arrived in the maximum specified time (which happened to me a few times).
So, all in all, I recommend it :)

My order
My orderes are not moving!!! Every time I ask the support service, they tell me that they’re coming but those don’t even move, my first one is stocked in Shenzhen from January

Dear Ana Mocanu. Usually orders arrive in 15-45 days after the purchase. If your orders do not arrive in 75 days from the moment of purchase, please contact us and we will make the full refund. Remember that you can not request a refund for non-delivery after 90 days after the purchase.
