absolutely wonderful! amazing presents for all my friends and family - such a life safer. delivery as expected and prices are affordable when you want to spoil someone! recommended 10/10

My prints never arrived

I placed my order on the 4th of July and it was estimated that it will arrive around 9th-14th of July but it never did. It has been a week since and no sign of the prints I even e-mailed them and got no response ...

Update: I got my prints after a month from the delivery. As it turns out my prints were lost in the process of the delivery. It concerns me a bit because someone could have gotten to my prints and use my personal photos. But lalalab was kind enough to offer me that they will resend me my prints for free.
I placed another order and it’s estimated to arrive till 24th of August. I hope this one does not dissapoint me because it’s a gift. I gave this app another chance just to be fair. :)

My photos never arrived

I ordered 14-15 photos as a gift for a special anniversary, so it was very important. It should have come on the 29th november, but they didn’t arrive at all and when i sent many mails to their office, they answered me that they don’t know where the package is, because it’s the delivery man’s problem as if the don’t track the delivery process. Anyway, they ruined my surprise and i’m really unsatisfied with their services. I don’t recomend it and i won’t order anything from them from now on.
