Getting worse by the updates
Good job for the new update.... you made it worse!!! 1 out of 5 stars
so after the wonderful patch, on the item description of the universal shards, it says that after rebirth of a hero if it was been used a universal shards it will automatically get it back, but it doesn’t, you only get the hero shard not the universal. I tried a test on a brand new hero, put in 6 universal shards but after the rebirth I received the specific hero shards not the universal one.
And of course the universal shards it’s not in the shop to buy, i around 7000 universal shards in Elrodil and can’t get them back so I can use it on a SS hero.
Also a big downfall, why did you remove from the shop holy scepter and book of seales ?!! Why ?! How can I upgrade them now ? Can’t buy them anymore and taking how much high numbers i need for an upgrade, it’s impossible to improve, the only solution now is to start a new heirloom from the beginning that I can buy from the shop, and after the patch you can only buy 2 pieces in a day !!! It’s a bad joke, for every new patch the game gets worse and worse!!

Don t work on iphone
I dont know why it doesen t open the game on my phone , i have an iph11 and an iph xs , it s loading the game it s downloading the 127mb update , it s extracting and after this is crashing and can t open even more the game , help?
