Lizzy Sleep offers three guided programs:
1. New Baby Bootcamp - for the expecting parent, or parent of a newborn up to 3 months. Everything you need to new about newborn sleep. Walks you through how to soothe, feed, and set your baby up to sleep better.
2. Sleep 101 (100% free) - A general overview of all things baby sleep. Informative and introspective to help you decide whether sleep training is for you and your family.
3. Sleep Training - Our bread & butter sleep training program. 7 days of guided help towards independent sleep skills.
We think of teaching your child to sleep better like weight loss. It's not just about knowing *what* to do, but sticking with it. Lizzy is designed to help you stay consistent. She checks in on you during your programs and gives you interactive modules to help you feel confident and assured.
