Maiar app
It is a very intuitive app. It works well, without any crash or lag and the best pro is that the secret phrase contain 24 words unlike others wallets. It can be improved by adding more altcoins from top15-20 and adding a function that allow you to buy crypto directly with your visa/master card and removing any third party. Overall, I kindly recommend it becouse is user friendly and all above! Sincerely, all the good stuff to you!👌
Completely useless
I have installed this app when it launched and so far I have not been able to use it for anything. It crashes when selecting the birth date in the create account process of the MoonPay payment system thus preventing me from actually buying anything. I have mentioned this in the in-app chat for customer support and they just replied ‘install the latest app, the crashes have been fixed in the last version’. Did that and the crash is still there. No further messages came from customer support.
Building so much hype for this app just to render it completely useless due to a crash which nobody seems interested in fixing is plain stupid.
Worst experience with an app & customer support so far.

Our suggestion would be to do a clean install of the app. The situation you described should have been fixed by now, please do a clean install (backup, uninstall and reinstall the app) and everything should be in order. If you are still encountering the same issues after reinstalling the app, please let contact us using the chat option in Maiar.
Steps to take for a clean install:
- Backup the wallet (Secret Phrase from Settings).
- Delete the app.
- Install the latest version of the app.
- Link the existing wallet from your backup.
