Ratings and Reviews
Great service with a limited content
After seeing the review (firsts are rate to 1 star) i was thinking not to try Max but I change my mind and I wanna see where I can get. So far, after a week, i didnt encounter any bugs (video, subs and audio are great) and so on. About the ads, well yes, because is a subscription with ads, which is a bit cheaper and Im okay with that. Usually is an ad with about 10-25 second, sometimes 3 ads. But again, thats what im paying for so its okay. The content is limited, but they got great tv shows, and I watch like 1 or 2 episodes per night, so, being s bit limited is okay for me, im not ending a 4 seasons show in one week. Overall, price and content fits to my needs. Thank you.
One star is too much; Subscription cancelled because of ADS
For my taste, this used to be the best platform out of all of them. You guys worked so hard to turn that around.
- I don’t know why but the app now has sports. WHY???? We are using streaming services to run away from the very very bad content on TV…. And now you bring sports into this? Or is this a way to please that very noisy community??? In 2024, normal people do not care about the scam you call sports…. Especially Olimpic Games :))))))))
-this is a PAYED subscription service… what are ADS doing here? Are just too stupid or you got hacked by Domestos hackers? I canceled my subscription when the first ad aired. I suggest all of you to do the same
- the old player had a lot of problems and somehow, the completely new player inherited ALL of them
-progress is rarely saved across multiple devices
- the new player crashes A LOT but the ADS somehow always work
- if you want to skip to the end of the video… you must watch an AD
- while autoplay is OFF, when an episode is finished the player will not go to the next episode (i mean loading but not playing); when you press resume it will either play the last couple of seconds of just replay the entire episode
- sometimes it resumes an episode I watched a few days earlier… is the player made in china? That would explain a lot
- remember that we can always turn to other sources to watch your content… and most people will go back to FL and other services
Needs fixings
The review is for the TV app: sometimes it just repeats the same 3 seconds of a movie over and over again and I can’t do anything but going back in the menu and resume playing. It did this even 4 times in the same movie. Also the quality of the movies drops for no reason in the middle of watching. It pixelates and even if I went back and played it again, it didn’t improve. Whenever I play something it takes too much time to load and to calibrate the image quality.
