To make an in-app purchase of an Office 365 Home or Personal subscription, open the app, go to Settings and tap on Upgrade next to your Outlook.com or Hotmail.com account. Subscriptions begin at USD 6.99 a month in the US, and can vary by region. With an Office 365 subscription, you get 1 TB of storage for each user, access to all features in Word, Excel and PowerPoint on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, and you can install Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote on PCs or Macs.

Office 365 subscriptions purchased from the app will be charged to your iTunes account and will automatically renew within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renewal is disabled beforehand. To manage your subscriptions or to disable auto-renewal, after purchase, go to your iTunes account settings. A subscription cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Slow sending

Hi, I'm using the app with 5 different accounts, on an 8Plus. The app it's very nice looking and intuitive, but the bad part, the sending time is totally innacteptable, please make something regarding this. I'm sending an email from the app and sometime it takes even 20-30 seconds until it sends it and sometimes if I close the app (not destroying it) or turning the screen off.

I literally have to wait starying at the email I wrote until I receive the notification...

What I like

With outlook is that you can easily organize your mails and you can get inscribed by any mails without the restrictions. For me, the great nonsense is that Apple native Mail doesn’t load some domains or even gmail mailbox doesn’t load some older Google addresses (like “live” or so). Very fair tarriff under the Microsoft account. Class better than any other 💪

Worst email app for mobile!!!

This is by far the worst email app for mobile!
1. Push notifications don’t work
2. It doesn't work on background, so no email are received unless you open the app and refresh it.
3. Even if you refresh it, 9 out of 10 emails are shown as “email with no content”, so you only see where you got your message from, but not the content of the email.
4. Email addresses are not stored. Whenever you try to send an email, it says that the receiver is not recognized and that you either save the message as draft and try later or exit the message without saving it.
5. Worst customer service. The answer that I got from a Microsoft customer service representative (same answer for the last 2 years) is: “we are aware of the issues and our engineers are working on fixing it, but there’s nothing else I can do on my level so that I can help you”. What is this stupid answer?
