Aplicatia mobila de la UniCredit Bank are o navigare intuitiva, sigura si te ajuta sa economisesti timp pentru lucrurile care conteaza cu adevarat.
• Vrei sa vezi tranzactiile?
Trebuie doar sa selectezi contul din care au fost facute. Prin swipe stanga vezi incasarile, iar prin swipe dreapta, platile.

• Ai de facut o plata?
Pull down, direct din sectiunea Conturi, sau apasa pe logo-ul UniCredit Bank, pentru a accesa meniul Plati. Am creat un Smart Payment Box ca la carte, in care tu doar selectezi contul din care doresti sa faci plata si beneficiarul. Aplicatia e sincronizata cu sabloanele din contul tau de Online Banking, pe care le vezi in lista de beneficiari.

• Vrei sa platesti facturi de utilitati?
Direct prin scanarea facturii, fara alte detalii de completat.

• Vrei sa stii totul despre cardurile tale?
Selecteaza cardul dorit si vezi toate tranzactiile realizate cu el, cat si detaliile lui.

• Vrei sa blochezi un card sau sa setezi limitele de tranzactionare pentru card?
Atingi cu un deget cardul dorit si ai acces la setari. Schimbi limite la POS si ATM, blochezi sau deblochezi instant cardul, decizi daca poti plati cu el online. Oricand, pe loc.

• Ai un card de credit si vrei sa acoperi suma cheltuita de pe el?
Alegi contul din care vrei sa faci plata si selectezi optiunea de rambursare a cardului de credit dorit. Modifici suma, daca vrei, si semnezi.

• Vrei sa deschizi un depozit?
Selectezi optiunea din meniul principal si te bucuri de o dobanda mai mare cu 0,15 puncte procentuale decat in sucursala.

• Vrei sa renunti la digipass?
Activeaza Mobile Token. Aplicatia genereaza parole de unica folosinta pentru autentificarea si autorizarea tranzactiilor bancare pe care le realizezi in Online Banking.

• Vrei sa schimbi categoria unei tranzactii sau sa imparti suma?
Swipe stanga pe tranzactie.

• Vrei sa setezi obiective?
Deschizi un cont de economii. Apoi imparti virtual banii si urmaresti planul de economisire.

Daca ai Cardul Meniu de la UniCredit Bank iti poti consulta soldul sau istoricul tranzactiilor accesand aplicatia Mobile Banking.

• Do you want to see the transactions?
You just have to select the account that was used to do them. You can see the entries swiping left, and the payments, swiping right.

• Do you want to pay?
Pull down, directly from Accounts area, or press on UniCredit Bank logo, to access Payment menu. We have created a Smart Payment Box.

• Do you want to pay utility bills?
Directly by scanning the invoice, without any additional details.

• Do you want to know everything about your cards?
Select the desired card and see all the transactions done with it, but also its details.

• Do you want to pay back your credit card?
You just pick the from account, swipe left and choose card repayment option for the desired card. You modify the amount, if you want, and sign.

• Do you want to block a card and set card limits?
You just tap on the card and you have full access to it settings. You can also block/unblock it or decide whether it can do online payments.

• Do you want to get rid of the digipass?
Activate Mobile Token. The app generates unique passwords for authentication and authorizing banking transactions you create in Online Banking.
If you have a Meal Card from UniCredit Bank you can check your card balance and transactions history.

Don’t understand notifications

I don’t understand why the notifications for transactions are just for transactions which are completely processed.

It would be much useful (in case of card lost or stolen) to have notifications right after something had been payed with the card.

Now we receive the notifications only after the payment is completed (this can occur after several days after the payment, days in which other transactions can be made).

Can you please adjust this? Or at least explain which is the usage of current notifications method.

Edit: Hi Alex, what you are saying is very correct. We will deliver push notification messages for card transactions (right at the moment they are performed) in the next version that will be Live around mid October. This part is more complex. This is why we choose to start with the push for booked transactions that have anyway a benefit for transactions such as the salary or other non card related payments.

It’s okay

For a very long time I was an ING client and loved their mobile app. So user friendly, so intuitive. Unicredit’s one is ok, has a lot of missing functionalities but it’s not bad. I hate that my monthly bank installment is not displayed in my transactions list! I hoped that, with the latest update, this would be fixed, but it’s not and it’s really disturbing. Basically I can’t see where that money is going or how much. Also the newest notification feature does not inform me when that money is retrieved from my account. Please fix this.

Hi Carmen, thanks for the review. Loan installments should be displayed in the transaction list of the current account from which your installment has been payed and notifications should be sent. Still no iPhone X support

The app performs without issues but it’s been almost 7 months since the iPhone X was released and we still don’t have an updated version that supports this “new” phone’s screen.
