The Matchmaking

Hi Moonton,
I’ve been playing MLBB since 2017 and I love it, there’s one thing that I personally would like to see changed if possible, so it seems kinda hard to play right now with all the revamped heroes that came out and the one thing that straight up screws my gaming experience is the matchmaking, I know I know everybody talks about it, but truth be told we didn’t necessarily had to have old heroes revamped but rather we would’ve needed a better matchmaking because it really messed up. Today I played about 5 games in a row in 4 of those I’ve had 2 elite players 3 master and one MG while the other team had 1 epic 2 MG and 3 legend.
That’s my review thanks for listening to me!
P.S. I love the game it’s just it needs some changes and tweaks every now and then :) .

Horrible players

Hello there! I've been playing this game for a very long time and I have a few things to say that I hoped to be solved but here we are today. First of all, it's extremely unfair to lose stars when one of my teammates is afk. It's enough that I lose the game basically, now why are you extra-punishing the correct players who just want to enjoy the game?
Secondly, you should have some sort of system to detect the players with connection problems and not punish them the same as the basic leaver. It's not my fault that my connection gave up on me. It's not like I have purposely quit.
Thirdly, please do something about the hackers. I can report them all day long but there's not much done as I keep bumping into them over and over again. No cd on skills, random stuns on heroes who don't even have the ability and so on. The game is great and very competitive but there are many wrong things with the players.

Next best thing! Its goodbut can be even better!

As a former league of legends player i enjoy this game much better! I like the simplicity and action packed moments that are greatly equal many times to the AAA games on the market. Only problem is the pairing sistem i could work better...alot better! But overall its a thriling game to play. I recomend for the developers please introduce a more complex tutorial so begginers would finaly understand better the caracters, their purpose and how to work in a team! Like strict rules ! For teamplay of course!
