Nice shorts, but not the best app

I subscribed to the app but did not receive the 500 coins. I contacted support and provided all the required information, including proof of payment and the invoice, after some time they finally fixed the issue and franted the 500 coins.
I like the shorts, but the app requires some improvments. After logging in with my email, no profile information appeared, and there were no options to log in or out—just a guest ID.

First, it took my money for some refill subsciption and nothing happened, and then i tried another subscription (on the same app to be precise), a free trial to “DashDramas Premium Premium” and it keeps asking me for money and not letting me watch anything.
