Works just fine
Using it with a 2023 Megane e-tech. No issues whatsoever.
Not that much info
Having a Megane 4 it was useful before some weird updates to have maintenance history and also some maintenance guidlines e.g. you need to change oil at 30k km or 2 years and infos like that.
After some updates of the app I m not able to see my maintenance history and the maintenance guide has disappeared. Also, now in the app I can see only the configuration for my car and warranty, nothing else.
On ford for example you are able to see the fuel range, oil life level, to turn on the heat in the car and so many more. Please, Renault, take a inspiration from other companies, do not publish something rubbish for your customers.
Need improvements
It is not working consistent all the time, so you can’t count on start climate control will heat your car.. you have to check that really car start to make sounds to be sure is heating. Maybe the app is good, just cloud service is not up all the time, the problem appear mostly on weekends.
