Completely useless
I moved from Romania to US. I’ve opened a $ account at BRD in Romania and I’ve also attached a debit card. Once i got into US, I found myself with just a piece of plastic in my wallet, nothing else. THE CARD IS USELESS. You can’t do online payments with it, you cannot pay at all the stores, you cannot make transfers to another account using the Mobile banking app, you cannot attach the card in your Apple Pay. Now i have over 6000$ blocked into an account.
I’ve reached for online support about this issue, nothing, completely nothing. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS.
Upgrading to IOS 14 broke the app
I use this app very often and I am pleased with it but after upgrading to IOS 14 I am no longer able to login, after showing the splash screen the app goes in background and I am not able to login. There is also the issue of the number of notifications present on the app icon which is anoying because even though I have read all the messages, the number it is the same as before. This behavior is present on my wifes phone also.
App is not working- fixed for IOS 14
I updated to IOS 14, the app opens then, returns to Home Screen. How can this be fixed, without me going to the bank again to register me for the log in (the procedure was done in the past, after uninstalling the app, there was no other way to use it... when will this happen via Email ? Since now are also health concerns)
