How long does it take to make the application work? I see a lot of people complaining that they can’t log in(yes I have the same problem). I uninstalled and installed the app again, no luck! Can’t reach anyone. Please make a proper update, cuz I would like to know how much I have left in my account .

Useless and frustrating
This is worse than the last app 🤦🏼♂️. Frustrating process to change the password, to enter the app, to do anything on this useless app. I just want to see my balance, is that too much to ask for? I still am unable to Access it after changing the password and loging in with my credentials, I am stuck in a constant loop where I keep getting the timeout error, nothing else loads. This is so useless and frustrating, don’t really know from where you got all the 5 star ratings as I can see almost everyone struggling with this useless app. We just want to be able to quickly Access this app everytime we need, not being requested to go through so many processess that have no meaning in the end as the app will anyway fail, do we ask for too much??
Useless
Unable to log into the app. After I select the coutry and tap the button for already having an account, a browser window opens to input my login credentials, however it also displaysthe following error message: Your browser appears to be blocking the loading of the scripts required for the website to function.
I have tried manually to use other browser but the error is still there so I am unable to use the app on iPhone. Until now I could use the old app so it did not bother me that much, however, I was waiting for an update on the new one so the iPhone users can use it, too, but now the old app is discontinued and the new app is still not fixed and there is even no possibility to contact support if you are not logged in.
