Not able to pay the bill

Every month when I want to pay my bill I have the same problem - seems to be an issue after I choose the card - the push notification message for payment approval is not received.

It’s not my banking provider issue because on other apps/ e-comerce webs I don’t encounter this issue.

Another problem with this app is that after trying to make the payment it’s need to wait 15 minutes to be able to try one more time. Why it took so long? Shouldn’t be real time?

Can’t even log in or reset my password

This app is truly one of the worst mobile app experiences I ever had and this comes as a surprise knowing how much money Enel makes out of electricity bills but for some reason they couldn’t find the budget for a good app.

Necessary Application updates

Please add the possibility to change the corespondence address directly in app. I have write several emails to enel but no support regardin this so far.

Secondly, I transmit the index in the right time frame but the invoice is made on estimation. Please make index transmission work.

Hi, unfortunately you can not change the correspondence address directly from the MyEnel account. But thank you for the suggestion. With its modification our colleagues can help you, after sending a request to the address If the transmitted index is found in the "Transmit index" section and is not found on "History" it means that it was recorded but not invoiced.
