Dezamăgitor

Am facut greseala ca mai întâi sa cumpăr un terminal POS de la ei.
Timp de 5 zile, zilnic, mi-au cerut sa le trimit tot felul de acte. Ok, înțeleg, astea sunt cerintele băncii, dar era mai simplu ca in primul e-mail pe care mi l-au trimis, sa scrie toate actele de care am nevoie, eu urmând sa le strâng, iar apoi sa le trimit. In a 5 a zi mi-au trimis un e-mai in care imi cereau un ultim detaliu referitor la incasarile pe care ar urma sa le încasez prin MyPOS, chiar se specifica in e-mail “ca ultim detaliu pentru a finaliza procesul de verificare al documentelor”. Am raspuns si tot asteptam un ultim mesaj prin care sa fiu anuntat ca totul e ok…😁N-a fost sa fie pentru ca a venit un alt mesaj prin care imi mai cereau un document. 🤬🤬🤬 si asta pentru ca am intrebat eu ce se întâmplă de nu s-a activat aplicatia/POS ul. Le voi trimite si acest, sper, ultim document…prin modul lor de “profesionalism” dau de inteles ca nu prea le pasă de munca pe care o fac.

Money disappear

2 money transfers are taking 2 weeks and the money are not transfered into beneficiary’s account or at least back into my account. The customer service persons have the same “the issue is escalated into the relevant department and once we will have an answer, you will receive an email”. So the money in the meantime are “vanished” and nobody is saying nothing about anything. All the rest is working properly, but don’t bet on this. You never know when your money will dissapear, as mine did.
