The all new MyTESY app helps you seamlessly programme and manage your smart TESY appliance.
MyTESY app is available for the electric water heater models BelliSlimo and ModEco, as well as for the electric convector models FinEco, LiveEco, ConvEco, HeatEco and FloorEco.
Connecting to the MyTESY app is easy and intuitive. You can quickly set a personalized weekly programme or simply select an Eco mode and let your smart TESY appliance do the rest for you in an energy efficient fashion. Connect, link in a group and get real-time status and control of your appliance(s) wherever you are.

Full of bugs
Changed my WiFi SSID and the device cloud capabilities went retarded. I am unable to link any of the devices to the new SSID. Tried everything: device wifi change from app, device factory reset and tried to link again etc.
It seems that there is a blocking glitch after the "Finish" button.
Not sure who wrote your app or backend but for sure the quality of them is beyond miserable. Currently the devices are no longer capable on getting into the account.
Useless feature.
Please fix it as soon as possible!
The app is full of buggs. Please fix it as soon as possible! we can t control our convectors by wi fi. I recently buy 2 big convector of 3000w each other and we can t use them properly. i want to see them online 24/7... if not... there is a problem. The app just crash every week. And sometimes we can t re register our convectors! Its winter and your app do not work! Fix it!
Annoying bug
I have the CN 051 model and in the app it appears as another model, but that is not the main issue. Main issue is you have to always close and open the app for the device to appear as connected, often it is showing as "offline", until you restart the app.
