Discrimination based on race + theft
I do not recommend and I won’t go anymore. There are other better options.
It is too expensive compared with the quality and safety.
Also, the staff verbally discriminate on base of the race.
I mostly dislike because it is full of thieves- I was victim 2 times- and I don’t go too often. They have cameras, but they aren’t used for helping the clients. The staff can watch and confirm you had something and then you didn’t find anymore, but they say the politics is that you have to take care of your own goods. Should you stay on the chair guarding your goods? Is this why you go there? You go into the pool, you stay for a while and then you go out: the towels and/ or sleepers disappeared. Phones disappear also- but these you can leave under key. Instead, towels and sleepers is mandatory to have.
Awesome app
Really great to see it redesigned, it’s now flawless and loads really smoothly! Also, really nice rewarding system, you can get Zen points pretty quick and using them is really convenient, both online and at the cashdesks. Can’t wait to visit Therme again!
