God app

The app works fine. Please consider adding the option to modify or cancel orders before dispatch as right now the only option is via call center.

I love the coffee, hate the app

This is the worst functioning app I’ve ever tried. This is not a criticism to the coffee. That part they got working really well. It just makes it really difficult to order, because every time I try to log in, my password (that is saved in the device) doesn’t work, then I try to redo it, but the email doesn’t always come. I finally deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it’s working again, but I’ve already done this several times over the past few months. And it’s always the same issue. Too bad.

Credit is not updated in the same time with the web site

The app is fine, looks nice, easy to use but the credit is not updated as soon as in the web site.
This force me to logout from the app, go to the site and make the order.
The same with the purchased capsules fir the member status. Is not updated for days. For sure there is a bug…
