**nkoda subscription information:**
Your subscription will be charged to your credit or debit card through your Apple account once the free trial ends.
This will be monthly or annually dependent on your subscription choice. Both subscription options provide access to the unlimited use of our entire library, features, and benefits. These options provide the same service and the only difference is a 20% saving on price when subscribing annually.
If you cancel your subscription before your trial ends, and re-subscribe after your trial has ended, we won’t be able to offer another full free trial. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user’s Apple account settings after purchase.

Nu pot face mai nimic fără sa ma loghez și fără sa îmi activez perioada de trial. As fi vrut sa pot vedea măcar o partitura, sa îmi fac o imagine despre ce poate face aplicația.

Fraud!
The worst possible experience i've ever had with an app!
I downloaded the app to see its features, and to open any score it asked me to make an account with a 7 days free trial, i figured so i can decide if i want to buy the subscription or not. I selected to sign up with google, not with apple, and the moment i clicked to start the account that was supposed to be in free trial it charged me directly out of my bank account. I didn't get the free trial, AND above all i can't even see the score i payed for against my will. Such a fraud!
I requested a refund and they say they don't refund. Up this post please so many other musicians can avoid going through what happend to me.

Hi Alex,
As explained in our email to you, you had already used your free trial with nkoda in the past, which is why the subscription started upon you reactivating your account. As is standard across the industry, a free trial is only available once per customer before choosing to subscribe.
We also clarified that your sign in method for your account had been set up with the Facebook sign in option, and in order to access music, you need to sign into nkoda with this social sign on option. Please try logging in this way to access the remainder of your subscription cycle.

Not working
The new all-in-one app doesnt work at all and I was waiting for ten minutes for any score to load, and it didnt load at all. I would want my money back for this. I kept uninstalling and installing again, hoping for it to work. Unsubscribing right away…
