Description
NN Direct este aplicația care îți aduce pe telefon ce este mai important să știi despre asigurările și pensiile de la NN.
Poți plăti primele asigurărilor sau contribuțiile pensiilor facultative rapid și în siguranță, cu orice card bancar, și poți salva detaliile cardurilor tale pentru a face plăți mai ușor. Dacă ești printre cei cu apetit pentru investiții, tot prin aplicație poți face tranzacții cu unități de fond în câțiva pași simpli.
Mai mult, ai acces la istoricul primelor de asigurare plătite și al contribuțiilor la pensie și îți poți actualiza datele personale sau de contact oricând apar schimbări, prin simpla scanare a cărții de identitate.
În cazul apariției unui eveniment asigurat, ne poți transmite toate detaliile prin intermediul meniului dedicat din NN Direct, unde poți urmări ulterior statusul solicitării tale. Noi te vom notifica în cazul în care avem nevoie de documente suplimentare, pe care le vei putea încărca tot în aplicație.
Activarea contului se face scurt și de la distanță, iar pentru autentificare poți alege varianta clasică (email și parolă) sau, și mai simplu, cu recunoaștere facială sau amprentă digitală.
Ca să te bucuri de noua experiență care vine cu funcționalități noi și informații pe înțelesul tău, e suficient să actualizezi sau descarci cea mai recentă versiune.
Odată ce te-ai conectat, ne place să credem că avem o aplicație intuitivă și îți va fi ușor să afli ce te interesează.
Dacă nu e așa, dă-ne de veste. În timp ce citești aceste rânduri, echipa noastră lucrează la îmbunătățirea aplicației, așa că apreciem dacă ne lași un review aici. Promitem să răspundem în timp util.

Odată cu noua versiune am îmbunătățit funcționalitățile existente, pentru ca tu să te bucuri și mai mult de experiența NN Direct. Actualizează aplicația pentru a te asigura că aceasta funcționează în condiții optime.

Good app, missing push notifications
It’s a good app, but it doesn’t have push notifications for unpaid invoices. Please send some notifications to remind us when an invoice is generated. This would be more helpful than the notification that comes after the payment is processed.

App can be improved, it has potential
The app is good, it works, but it lacks a few features, which are the norm in other finance and investment apps( I am referring to the investment products mostly)
For example, for GenT:
- you can’t clearly see the extra deposits you make
- you can’t see the deposit history and. The evolution (I want to clearly see I have posited x amount throughout the year 2022 and that amount has grown or lost value y)
- for the extra deposits, I have to reach out to a sales operator to issue the deposit.. takes longer. I WOULD like to be able to set an amount and deposit right out of the app.
- same goes for withdrawal - to be able to do it right out of the app
- investment product evolution - I want to see the evolution of the product I am entrusting a part or my future to inside the app. This is basic user trust feature, come on. Look and take example of revolut ..
- notification section should have the extra deposit information listed there as well.

I’m enrolled for a private pension paid by the company that I work for. The contribution in the notification bar is never displayed in real time in my account, which plants a seed of misstrust and doubt in how my monthly payments are being managed. There are quite the big total amount fluctuations within the money that I’m contributing, making me wonder if you know how to administer the funds. Another downside is the fact that I can’t do additional contributions directly from the app. When I’ll change jobs, I’ll just switch private pension provider as this is garbage and lacks transparency.
