Great service, could improve app

A Little hard on the battery consumption.
In 8 hours of use it drains 30%+ from my battery. I have an iPhone 13 pro max. I feel like this can be improved in a way

Well, a very good vpn, but it happens quite often to log me out from the account, and then it’s a hustle to log in back, after loading for a few minutes, usually gives and error, turn off - restart phone, delete - install back the app, nothing works, usually the only way it’s to reach out to their customer service, or use turn on one of the free vpn, just to log in. Such a hustle!

Worst service ever been used

I subscribed for two years without even using it, cuz I read a lot of comments indicating how awesome the services are and how responsive the servers are. Truth is it has failed me.
I have subscribed it about one month ago, but only connected for seven days and then never again. No idea what’s going on. I know there are regulations for the connection from CN, but really, Nord is doing a crappy job. Sorry to say that. Just don’t subscribe. Thank you.
