Great online service, worse in banking service

Raiffeisen has easy to use Online application, but in banking service is frustrating with many incompetent people hired.
They can’t manage to update my personal data in their database and every year I go to the bank with my ID card and passport and they tell me it’s updated , but then they temporarily block my accounts saying that my personal data is not updated, with excuses like their personal who was responsible forgot to do or he/she quit or with some other non sense excuses. THE PROBLEM IS GOING ON EVERY YEAR FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS. THEY CAN’T FIGURE OUT HOW TO SOLVE IT.
OH! and my account is FWR (preferred status account).

Registered device is deleted

Since last update I receive a message saying my registered device was deleted. If I register again it works for a few times then the same message appears and I have to login with token ... no Face ID since device is not registered. It is really annoying. Please fix this.

The version you used at the time of the review is not the latest. Please download the latest version of the application and come back with feedback.

Garbage app

Neverending issues with this app, going to change bank soon, pathetic to be such a large bank and have such obvious issues. I work as a software tester and if i would miss such basic things in testing the app i would resign on my own. Freezes your phone on iOS when switching betweens apps. Token app resets after their each update and you are requested to always login there when trying to use this app, trying to use token as a 3D secure when doing payments just does not work, does not do its basic intended task, i still had to use text message for verification but that one got removed too now they ask you to set a password with number letters special character, capital letter small letter. When you do set that password, guess what, the field where you type just doesn’t add some character, it is bugged. Junk junk junk.
