Description

Realize a superior clean with the new revolutionized Oral-B mobile experience.

Studies show that the average person brushes for only 30-60 seconds, compared to the dentist- recommended 2 minutes. Also, up to 80% of people spend an insufficient amount of time brushing in at least one zone of their mouth. This includes 60% of people who either don’t brush their back molars at all or don’t spend enough time when they do[1].

At Oral-B we strive to improve those stats to help deliver a superior clean. The breakthrough technology of the Oral-B Bluetooth® enabled toothbrushes seamlessly connects to the Oral-B app to deliver brushing intelligence at the next level. The Oral-B app is your digital coach to help you brush correctly as recommended by Dental Professionals.

• Over 82% of people who brushed with Oral-B SmartSeries experienced a noticeable improvement in their oral health[4]

Password reset functionality doesn’t work

I forgot my password and tried to reset it via both computer and phone, no luck 😒 the link received in the email leads nowhere: I’m always getting the same error - page not found.

A lot of annoying bugs

I’m doing a “Guided” brushing teeth session (for three minutes) and it says that i have brushed all my teeth (100%), it says Time: 0:00, and that is unguided. Then, if i brush my teeth “unguided”, for example, 2:30 minutes, when it syncs to Apple Health, it says that i have brushed my teeth for 5 minutes (double). And sometimes when i enter the app, go to “History” and look at my Todays brushing sessions, it says that i didn’t brushed my teeth today, but i did yesterday at a whole different hour and again it says Brush Time: 0:00.

Please fix it!

P.S. I’m using an Oral-B iO series 5 electric toothbrush.

Bluetooth connection is not automatic

The app and toothbrush have been initially paired via Bluetooth. Later, when "waking up" the toothbrush to brush my teeth, the connection to the app is not automatically made, so no brushing data is sent to the app. Yes, my iPhone is in range of the toothbrush, and has Bluetooth enabled. The only way I've managed to make it work is to close the app entirely and reopen it before starting the brushing, but this is far from ideal, since it implies having the phone on you when brushing while also being very time consuming. After some minutes, the Bluetooth connection between them is lost, and you need to redo it before the next brushing.
