When you cancel the auto-renewal, access to the Pro features will not expire immediately, you will have access until the end of the current payment period.

Ratings and Reviews
Workout review
I could have used a longer time in between exercises, to adjust and get into position. Also, the verbal description of body posture of each exercise should come before the actual exercise, not during the allocated time to actually perform it.
I had 30 seconds for each exercise, but I feel that on most of them, for the first 10-15 seconds I didn’t really work much, just tried to get into position.

The worst app ever. It’a lie
I paid for a month and created my account to start immediately. However, I discovered that all the programs have the same basic, kindergarten-level exercises, which is misleading. I can provide pictures as proof. Do not pay for this service—once you do, they stop responding. Within three minutes of using the app, I requested a refund, but they ignored me. I will continue to share my feedback because this is deceitful.

You can do that by going to your Profile Settings - Change Workout Plan.
