Nice App

Works great for recharging prepay number. I especially appreciate it because the process in very fast ( faster than any other application) : just input the number select the credit (or the option) you want and then if you have had other recharges, it will take only a few seconds until you have the credit you desire.
I only tested it for some of the bills, but it looks impressive on the huge number of payment options and providers it support.
It may have some issues along the way, but the guys developing the app have fixed any kind of problem very fast which is a big plus because the application is actively and continously developed which means that we can expect more from it.

Good app, saves a lot of time

If you are like me and always forget to pay your bills on time, than this is the app for you. I have installed a couple of months ago but I was too lazy to set it up. I decided to do so after one morning my phone services were suspended because I forgot to pay the bill in over a month.

Everything seems to work great, I use it to pay for Orange, Enel and E-on. However, i have issues adding my Digi account. I always get a message telling me an error occurred and that I should try again later. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

Other than that, good app, congrats for saving our time and money spent on penalties 😂

I’ve logged with my credentials on another user’s account!!!

This morning I logged in with my user on Pago and wanted to pay the due bills that were shown to me in the app. Fortunately I did not pay them directly and checked them before, it seemed to me different amounts to be paid than usual. When checking them, to my surprise, all invoices and all suppliers were the one (s) related to another user’s account.

Fact is I used my credentials and was given access to another users’s account.

I've sent Pago some print screens, notified them about this and the fact that they are making public one user’s personal data ( home address, your utility bills, etc.).

In the end it was solved but it took them a couple of messages to ask for an apologize. Used to be a great app, not so sure about this anymore.

Salut Alex. Cum iti spuneam pe chat, a fost un caz unic, cauzat de o problema care a fost rezolvata intre timp, iti multumim ca ne-ai scris desprea ea.
Cand incercam sa dezvoltam cat mai repede toate functionalitatile solicitate de utilizatori, mai apar si bug-uri. Cum a spus la un moment dat fondatorul Revolut: Daca ai lansat o aplicatie fara bug-uri, ai lansat-o prea tarziu :)
