Disappointed
The application is good, the company and the way it works never failed me before, but I have faced recently a problem and it takes so much time for the team of my country to at least reply (helping me not even expected).
Because of that I give it two stars. If the problem gets solved i might change it, until then I am disappointed, everywhere I sent messages, email, facebook, instagram, I have been given no help.
Documents/scan
I can t even put my documents because the app doesn’t recognize my face.
So I added money and now I can’t use them, and also the scanpay doesn’t work either… now I have to wait probably 7 days until my I can withdraw or spent my money. Not good at all!
