Ratings and Reviews
Not meeting needs
The app is not user friendly in terms of consumer needs. If you have forgotten to introduce the date of the treatment you have only few days to do it otherwise you can not post anymore. After that everything is messed out.
Would gladly like to see improvements on this chapter.
Also tutorials start again after awhile even if you have passed through them already.
Such a waste
After the latest update I’ve lost all my history :( the app is pretty useless if it can’t save your progress..too bad.

Update: We have released an update that should fix the issue. Most of your data will be recovered with this new app update.
Not effective as expected
The 2 stars are for underarms.
The missing stars are for legs and bikini lines. I got really tired of this feedback that I’m missing spots.
Spots big as more than half my legs… really? How many times do I have to do it? 2000? Hair is growing back like i did none.
It take a looot of time, it’s boring and uncomfortable and no results. Really!
Only area I got some mediocre results is underarms, besides that it is just a useless expensive device.
