Promotion money pulled out, no benefits received as promised
There was a new promotion in the game, with a piggy box that would collect money and spins and if you wanted to be open quicker than the promotion would end, you would need to pay through Itunes. I have purchased the offer and should have been granted with coins and spins. Money were pulled out from my account but nothing received. What kind of bug is this?

hello I can not go into the game what happens for 5 days I can not enter
is not correct
I really liked the game but it has changed. I get a lot less money per game than my friends. at the same roulette they receive 10 M and I 500k ..., at the trunk I receive 200k and they 3 M. I stay for a week to make an island while they make an island in one day. it's not ok, something's wrong, why is this just me? Please solve the problem I have iPhone 11.
