Low Performance and poor algorithms

When many users are playing in the same time the performance is poor. Basically you cannot open the application.

Ridicolous bad beats and Poor algorithm

I’ve been playing on pokerstars for several years now, but in the last few months it feels like a joke.
I am very suspicious of the fact that i am playing with robots.
Almost every hand the ace îs on the river, can’t hit the flop 95% percent of the hands i play, except when i fold( it s almost like they do it on purpose).
I am aware of the fact That it is a casino but i’ve been playing on other sites aswell and this doesn’t happen. I feel like it’s rigged and it’s not only my opinion, i’ve read on multiple forums That a lot of people are feeling cheated on by Pokerstars.
I am seriously thinking of consulting a lawyer and taking legal action by investigating pokerstars

Thank you for your review. We know that bad beats are never fun. However, the number generated by our Random Number Generator (RNG), and consequently the order of the cards, is completely random in a mathematical sense. If anything, our shuffle is actually more random than could be achieved by even an experienced real-life dealer. Also, you'll never play in a game against anyone employed by us. We don't use house players (also known as shills) or automatic players (bots) on our site. You'll only play against other players like you.

Worst connection ever

I’m playing on Pstars for many years and I’m used with the ridiculous bad beats and all the bugs that they had, but for the last month it is a disaster.
They really have a huge connection problem and they really don’t care.
In all sit&go tourneys the platform doesn’t open my tables when the game starts and I have to search for the registered tourneys and to hit multiple times “ take your sit” button. Of course when finally I’m at the table I already have half of my stack.
Last Sunday I was trying to play many major tournaments but I was sitted out by default and I was trying to enter the tables for more than one hours. The blinds kicked me out from all the tourneys that I was registered and lost all the buy-ins.
Sent to support tens of emails but nobody was answering.
I think they changed their strategy. Still everything you can from the players and close the door.
It should be some licensing authority to make them an audit.
