App needs improvements
Previous enelX app was way better. The migration was annoying as it didn’t work with previous pass so had to reseted. Car not imported, card not imported, the NFC card not imported.
The most annoying thing is that I can’t reserve the previous station that had this feature in enelX
Also the current charging session is not working. I can’t see it PPC app. Is like I am not charging. Fot now I am giving 3 stars as the app is pretty new in Romania, but tbh is a 1-2 stars in the current state
The apps feels like it’s been developed by juniors and interns
Lots of annoying bugs, you can either see stations in Romania or Greece, but not bugs. Data migration was a big failure for peope with accounts on both enel x and ppc blue
Cannot log in
Wanted to charge my car as I had very little battery at one of your charging stations (located in the most popular mall in town fyi) and everytime I tried to create an account I get an error that “something is wrong”. After a few days I tried again, but the same error persists.
The Enel X Way app was way better!
