Pregnancy + | Tracker App 12+

This app was amazing for me considering I was at my first pregnancy. I am trying to use the app for my second pregnancy and I can’t! Would really love to use it again, but I can’t or I don’t know to register with my second pregnancy. This is the only thing negative about the app.

Hi Olivia, congratulations on your new pregnancy! The app is designed to keep data for one pregnancy. Before starting the App for a new pregnancy, please update to the latest version for the best user experience. Then, there are two possibilities to follow a new pregnancy:

Option 1:
This option allows you to export your previous pregnancy data for safe-keeping and then delete the data in the App to allow you to track a new pregnancy:

1) Export the data from your 1st pregnancy and send it to yourself for safe-keeping by going to Profile (top right) > Scroll down to Data > Share data

2) Then, go to Profile (top right) > Scroll down to Data > Select Delete Data / account and select "only delete Pregnancy+ data" and follow the on-screen prompts. It is important to note that once deleted, the data cannot be restored.

3) Wait at least 24 hours before then re-opening the application. You will then be guided back to the Welcome screen and you can choose "Login" and then log in with the same email address used for the first pregnancy. (Please note that if you do not wait at least 24 hours before attempting to re-open the Application, then the process for deleting your data will be interrupted and it will cancel the deletion process.)

4) You can then enter the new pregnancy due date from the settings, which can be accessed from the Profile (top right of Today page) > Pregnancy > Due Date

Option 2:
If you wish to retain the previous pregnancy within the application, you can create a new account for the app using a different email address. For this option, please follow these instructions:

1) Sign out of the existing account by going to Profile (upper right) > scroll down to the bottom and select "Sign Out."

Note: if you do not have an account with us, you can instead select "Reset app" from the Profile > Data section. Please note if you do this, you will permanently lose any existing data store in the app at this point.

2) Re-open Pregnancy+ and select "Sign up" and register with a different email address. You can then enter the new pregnancy due date in the Pregnancy section of the Profile, which can be accessed from the top right of the Today page.

Please note, if you bought the Premium upgrade version for your first pregnancy, you can still register with another email. The purchase is linked to your Google Play or iTunes email, not to the email in the app.

So, I ve been looking out on how to change the language on the app for the past hour and nothing seems to help, which is really frustrating. I couldn t find any topic on FAQs. The latest version of the app gives me the chance to read about my baby in my native language but I can’t seem to find on how to change it. Other than that, the app is has lots of information and advices about pregnancy, not to mention the beautiful photos/scans.

The language in the App is dependent on the language settings for your device. You would need to go to your iPhone/iPad Settings > General > Language & Region. Hope this helps!

For me, this app was very useful, considering that it was my first pregnancy.
It really provided me with valuable & accurate information during all pregnancy stages, encompassing medical explanation as well - related to all the changes that a pregnant woman goes through.
