Per Apple policy, no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Very expensive contract

Actually you have to make a contract of about 15 RON / week to use this app, but you will know only after install and open the app. Better to make a fix price for this kind of product because there are so many similar without contract.
