App si dont work

Um....i was bought these app but my brushes are dont working ( im using a pen for phone not apple pencil) :(( but the app is grate... :)

All brushes except two aren’t working

I’ve had this app for about a year and a half and a few days ago I got a new phone ( I went from iPhone 6s to 8 btw ) and the brushes no longer work. They worked just fine on the old one, never had any problems , the only thing I think might’ve affected it is the fact that I went from iOS 14.3 to the newest update. Is there anyway to get them to work again ? I tried everything and now I’m getting a bit desperate.

I like this but I have a problem

This app is very good a bit hard on a mini phone but still , I like to do face mask but suddenly it stoped working it shoes me that I need to have full screen for screen record to work I go full screen same things appear I tried doing multiple things I can’t get it to work can u please help me ?

Hi jdvdhebd - Thanks for reporting this issue to us, it sounds like you wish to use FacePaint and we will be happy to help you. Initially, you can try creating a new canvas, then go to Modify > Actions (wrench icon) > select Canvas from the Actions sections > tap on Reference > from the floating window, select Face (to paint over a live image of your face with the camera, if your iPhone device supports this feature). In case it does not work, please contact us using the Support Form at this link: procre.at/support, there you can also attach a video of your screen while you experience this problem so we can assist you accordingly 🙏.
