I no longer have the option to pay bills nor taxes under the "Payments" section. I can only make transfers between own accounts and make payments to other accounts. It's been remove for a while now and I'm wondering why? I was a very useful feature.
Developer ResponseHi!We have deactivated Tax Payments and Bill Payments and, by default, specific Smart Mobile templates to correct some small errors. Until their remedy, please use this option through the Raiffeisen Online web site. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Even if the app had its share of service moments and on/off bill payments overall is a great help, and its much easy to use than other banks, for many payments that i am not sure about i just enter instantly and see how much money they took of my card acount, it was a great help with hotels in foreign countryes to see instantly how much they actually charged for room warranty when i checked in etc etc.

When I select the sharing option the app crashes. then, I have to delete the app and reinstal it.
Leaving aside the fact that I can't connect with my fingerprint and I have to enter the login password every time, today the application has stopped working. I tried to send a proof of payment to our provider and... "surprise" ... the application crashed and no longer wants to work. I tried to restart the phone, to restart the application .... pointless ....
Please change the icon, I want to make sure I do not mix it with the useless new version. 5 stars for this one !!
If you try to share a .pdf file from inside the app, it crashes. Every. Single. Time.It was working before.Note: I am using the old app because the account is for a SRL company. As far as I know, I can't use the new app for companies. So the Developer's answer doesn't apply to me.
