La fel de prost ca si release-ul precent

Aparent, si release-ul asta este la fel de prost ca si precendentul. Pe langa faptul ca la la fiecare update de software trebuie sa imi reautorizez smart toketul si nu reuseste sa il tina minte dupa update, ca si in versiunea precedenta, trebuie sa dezinstalez aplicatia si sa o reinstalez ca sa imi tina minte satarile si tokenul autorizat, desi am trecut cu succes prin procesul de autorizare anterior.

Ca raspuns la commentul dezvoltatorului, nu vad ca cei de la alte banci sa indemne utilizatorii sa isi dezinstaleze si sa isi reinstaleze aplicatiile ca sa scape de bug-uri dupa update sau daca este sa lasam domeniul bancar si sa ne uitam strict la aplicatie ca si mod de dezvoltare, nu am vazut ca facebook, whatsapp, instagram, tinder, snapchat si alte nume mari de pe AppStore sa isi indemne utilizatorii sa isi dezinstaleze aplicatiile ca sa poata sa le mearga bine dupa un “fresh” install. Apparent, standardele apple in processul de app review au scazut in ultimii ani, ca altfel nu ati mai fi iesit pe piata cu astfel de bug-uri. Conform Apple Guidelines punctul 2.1 App Completeness ar fi trebuit sa fi picat cu commentul : We will reject incomplete app bundles and binaries that crash or exhibit obvious technical problems. Pentru mine sunt obvious technical problems toate bug-urile insirate dupa update. Hmm, poate am sa raportez la Apple, sa aiba in vedere lucrul asta, la urmatorul update....

Ne cerem scuze, insa nu am inteles daca in urma raspunsului nostru ai reusit sa rezolvi situatia semnalata anterior. Te rugam sa ne spui daca te mai putem ajuta cu ceva.

Great online service, worse in banking service

Raiffeisen has easy to use Online application, but in banking service is frustrating with many incompetent people hired.
They can’t manage to update my personal data in their database and every year I go to the bank with my ID card and passport and they tell me it’s updated , but then they temporarily block my accounts saying that my personal data is not updated, with excuses like their personal who was responsible forgot to do or he/she quit or with some other non sense excuses. THE PROBLEM IS GOING ON EVERY YEAR FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS. THEY CAN’T FIGURE OUT HOW TO SOLVE IT.
OH! and my account is FWR (preferred status account).

Nice banking app

I’ve used it for a while and like how it evolved. There are still some inconsistencies in terms of UI but otherwise it’s very fast, very reliable (it rarely crashes or gets stuck). I like that more and more features are added that make bank interactions friendlier, can open new products via the app, and can more easily manage finances (especially with the new spending summary - coming to it, it’s nice but more manual personalization would be appreciated).,
