Meet Razer: The company with great hardware and terrible software
It's been 2, maybe even more years since the first complaint about the app not finding Razer products, it continues to do that. My Razer Opus X connect fine through settings but refuse to be recognised by this app.

This app is not finding any of my Razer products.
One of my earbud is only working at times.
