Ratings and Reviews
Bad
On IOS it freezez. I cannot see anything. As soon as I access the app it freezez and I cannot do anything anymore. This is not good since the mobile app is the only place where you can see your boarding pass. On the webpage they are not available. Please fix this issue. it might gave high memory consumption and that is the reason of it freezing.
Ryanair flight Bucharest Timisoara
Our family flew with Ryanair from Bucharest to Timisoara, everything was just in time, perfectly organized, very clean seats and tidy bathroom in the plane, joyful and welcoming staff, alltogether a relaxing flight, thank you!
Random problems
When I enter my birthday it says that I am not 18 yet. To make it work, I should change my birth year to any other year and then back to mine. The same problems with documents expiration dates.
The app loadings are super long
If I press check-in (I was already checked-in) it says that I have boarding passes, but when I press “show boarding passes” button, I can see only one, the swipe action is not working
The flight assistant is always showing pop app (try flight assistant). If I press try button, it shows a long loading and then nothing changes except I don’t have the pop app anymore. But next time I open flight assistant screen, I see the pop app again :D
