Bad
On IOS it freezez. I cannot see anything. As soon as I access the app it freezez and I cannot do anything anymore. This is not good since the mobile app is the only place where you can see your boarding pass. On the webpage they are not available. Please fix this issue. it might gave high memory consumption and that is the reason of it freezing.
Ryanair flight Bucharest Timisoara
Our family flew with Ryanair from Bucharest to Timisoara, everything was just in time, perfectly organized, very clean seats and tidy bathroom in the plane, joyful and welcoming staff, alltogether a relaxing flight, thank you!
Chaotic
After I tried about 10 times yesterday to book 3 flights on your app and my cards were denied, I finally succeeded through the website directly. And today I got emails telling me that I bought the tickets through a third party travel agency and I need to complete customer verifications…This is absurd, I booked the tickets directly from your website. Didn’t believe it would be so hard to manage flights with you.
