The most usless application I have used

I tried to connect the SM-R190 headphones and failed. I tried all the proposed steps. for headphones so expensive and don’t even have a button on the case for pairing and the app can’t even find them. I can’t belive it, I expected more from Samsung. embarrassing. And if there were other steps that would succeed, I’m not curious to bother so much for pairing an headphones with application. I have used more cheap models from Huawei and work perrfect with their app. In one word EMBARRASSING

Doesn't work with Galaxy Buds

It doesn't work with Galaxy Buds, but I will give this app 5 stars because for 11 years I was an Samsung user.

You can make Galaxy Buds work with iPhone.
I did this:
*Be sure to remove them from your Bluetooth devices on iPhone*
- When buds are in your years, keep pressing on both touch sensor for 10 seconds (until you will hear a sound in loop)
- Search them again on iPhone Bluetooth and they should work

If this isn't working, connect them to Buds Manager on Windows or Mac OS, using the same steps above-mentioned.
Then connect them to iPhone again, using same steps above-mentioned.

Developer Response ,

Hi there, thank you for such a detailed and insightful review. We are glad that you found a work around to connecting your Buds+ to older generation of iPhones. Officially, the app cannot support the older generation since it's a hardware compatibility limitation.

Useless

Just switched from the S22 Ultra to an Iphone an obviously i still carry the buds live. Whilst the phone is able to connect to the buds and i can used them, i thought this app will allow me to adjust certain settings for the buds but no. I mean the phone is connected to the buds and this app its telling me there are no devices available like wth :)) Its a completele waste of time!

Developer Response ,

Hello there! We are sorry about the poor experience you've had. We'll help you get your Live connected with your iPhone in no time! Please remove all instances of the Live from your iPhone Bluetooth settings. After that, do the following:
1. Put the earbuds on and then tap and hold both the buds for 3 seconds, this should put them in pairing mode.
2. After the Earbuds reset to pairing mode, put the buds in the case and close the Live case with the earbuds in it.
3. Open the case after some time, then go to your iPhone Settings> Bluetooth> Connect with Galaxy Live.
4. Reinstall the Galaxy Buds application, open the app and Swipe up to Get Started> Select your Galaxy Buds model> tap on Connect. If you are unable to find the Galaxy Live in the app, close the case for 4/5 seconds, open it and try again.

If you face any difficulties with any of the steps, please let us know.
