Disappointed
Hello everyone! I would like to share my experience with Shein. I placed an order, all good, the order arrived in ~10 days. All the items were ok, except a pair oh shoes, which arrived wrong sized. I immediately reported the problem and sent a picture with the wrong shoes, but I received the answer that there is nothing wrong with the order. I answered back and sent more pictures with the shoes, dar just then they sad that they are sorry, and that they will refund my money back. I waited, bust still nothing. I wrote back again and after all those change of words, they refunded half of the amount the shoes cost… sad for such a big company to be completely incompetent to solve a small problem like this.

Shein pls add express shipping for Romania
Hey Shein I love your store but please add express shipping for Romania because I cannot buy wigs and a lot of products considered sensitive because you wont ship those with standard shipping.
Its so frustrating when they put me to remove items from the cart when I could buy much much more.
All my friends in Romania want to buy wigs from Shein but we cannot because you dont have express shipping.
Please change this and the rating will be 5/5 like you deserve.
You are awesome so keep going and add express shiping for ROMANIA pleassee.
