Bug on iphone

There is a bug on iphone. Buttons “At Home” and “Away” are too close to bottom, and they switch on each other when you try to close the app.
Tested on iphon 14 plus.

Thanks you for your suggestions. Unfortunately, the thermostat is not able to receive information from your boiler, so it cannot know its operating mode. However, the thermostat does show when it is calling for heat: the slider button then turns orange. This will give you a first indication.

Missing geofencing feature

The mobile up for IOS has all features now.
And I do have all my answers.

I bought one of your smart thermostat, and I have some questions for you.

On the mobile phone app, the geofencing feature is missing. Meaning not active, do not work. I have it since almost two weeks, and I did not receive any update for my app with this missing feature, are you going to fix it please?

What mean

Can you explain? Until now I do not see any self-learning

Third, and very important
● Optimum start control function that advances the switch-on time to ensure the selected setpoint is reached as required

Well, my thermostat is set for comfort at 17.00, and at 17.00 sharp goes from 19C to 21C, I don’t have at 17.00 21C, at 17.00 room start to be heated.
Is this another bug on your app please?

switch placement on screen

în the smart thermostat RDS app the switch between at home and away is too close to the bottom of the screen and when moving to another app or to home screen it accidentally triggers a change in state from at home to away or away to at home. please raise that button on the screen.
