The services offered by your SIGNAL IDUNA health insurance, managed directly from the app. To be sure that you have everything under control.
Access health insurance benefits through the available features:
· Medical appointment – make a clinic or virtual clinic appointment following the steps from the app to submit the request. You will be notified each time your appointment status changes.
· Reimbursement – register a request for reimbursement to recover the value of the amount for the medical services you performed, covered by your private health insurance according to the contract.
· Easy Pay Card – request a transfer on the Easy Pay bank card to receive from the insurer the amount needed to pay for the medical services you will perform.
· Mediqa Net – search for the fastest route to the desired clinic via the interactive map. Because your feedback is important to us, you can give rating for the clinics you have visited.
In addition, you also have an online store in the app to quickly and easily purchase health insurance for you and your loved ones.

Multe bug-uri, instabila funcțional
Aplicația este plină de bug-uri care blochează funcționalitățile de baza, precum creare rambursare, adăugare consultație, adăugare fisiere pt consultatie/rambursare.
Exemplu: când adaugi o programare pentru consultatie și vrei sa menționezi problema pe care o ai in text box-ul aferent descrierii, după primele litere adăugate, cursorul revine la început, ceea ce nu îți permite sa adaugi textul.
De asemenea, când vrei sa finalizezi o consultatie/rambursare, degeaba completezi corect toate câmpurile obligatorii, fiindcă nu ai permisiunea sa finalizezi acea consultatie sau rambursare.
Este o aplicatie instabila, greu de utilizat, plină de bug-uri(care nu sunt fixate, fiind menționate celor de la customer service de aproape un an), o aplicatie care îți pierde timpul și răbdarea când trebuie sa beneficiezi de ea.
Este aiurea știind ca exista aceasta aplicația, depinzi in continuare de serviciul de clienți pentru programări, iar pentru rambursări, trebuie sa trimiti email (sa nu mai discutam de aplicația de pe Web, alta varianta cu bug-uri, cel puțin la procesul de rambursare).

Unable to use app
Since the app refresh, I cannot update my personal information. I also cannot create a reimbursement form because I cannot select my city and update my personal information. I cannot use this app because of this, which wasted a lot of my time and created big frustrations. I had to come here to see other users having the same issue, which made me stop looking for solutions. Please fix this !!!

Security
I tried to login today with my Google account: did not work (I got redirected to the login screen). I clicked "Forgot my password" and ... suprise: after a few seconds I found myself logged in. Either the Google sign-in has a big lag OR it's a HUGE security flaw!
