The user guide for the app can be accessed from the app settings menu. Alternatively, you can download the user guide in electronic form from www.wsaud.com or order a printed version from the same address. The printed version will be made available to you free of charge within 7 working days.

Apple watch app development?
Using the app for 2 years with Signia Active hearing aids.
The most used features:
1. Switching between modes: Universal to Outdoor Sports and viceversa.
2. Increasing or decreasing volume during meetings
3. Check battery levels
The app works great and has almost zero bugs.
Thank you for a great product that has become indispensable in everything I do.
Further development: please consider developing a simple solid apple watch that works without the phone.
Current apple watch complication (default for hearing aids) does not always change volume or hearing modes.
Happy to enroll in any testing of ios or watch os.
Don't update
They took out the Signia Assistant that was very handy!!! They made it available only for the most expensive models! They don't care about their customers!
They made the app worse
Too bad that they took out all the functions from the app (Signia assistant, sound quality control etc.)
