Application improvement
The app is really nice, but the logistics department of the company would need some improvements. It would be nice to have the ability to reserve some products in the shop. Also if a product is not available neither online, neither in the shops from the area but in another shop which is far away, clients should be able to order it from that specific shop. Make shopping more flexible, so the selling percentage of the products will increase.

Terrible Experience
The courier company Cargus did not deliver the package for 14 days and the status of delivery is frozen. Almost impossible to contact and agent. You have to wait nearly 30 minutes on the line. They claim they delivered the package to the delivery machine but it was a lie. When I reached the Cargus, they told there is a technical problem and they cannot load to Ship and Go system and offered to deliver to my adress. But Cargus application refers to a pick up from their storage in the middle of nowhere in Bucharest. I wrote this to Sinsay and they will reply me in 2 business days.
TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT !!!
