Lost slugs

Hey. Last night I got this update and I lost all my slugs including the ones bought from appstore.

I did contact your support and they asked me to provide the names of the lost slugs and the Apple purchase confirmations. I did that and got no answers from customer support. Too bad you treat your customers like that!!
